To this end, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator | MY who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.


      Responsibilities
      About the position
      Report to: Design Director

      Virtuos Malaysia is currently looking for a Project Coordinator. You will help drive several facets of game design, including boss designs, encounters, systems, gameplay, and mechanics. You will work on multiple game genres and harness a solid understanding of what makes games fun.
      Responsibilities

      • Coordinate between various teams internally as well as internationally. You are the glue that keeps the team together.
      • Ensure open and fluid flow of communications at all times.
      • Assist and support the team in day-to-day activities, anything from taking notes and purchasing to making sure the right priorities are being worked and reporting team progress.
      • Help the team assess, plan and schedule tasks that are realistic and feasible.
      • Observe and help to identify gaps in process and training, and report upwards.
      • Acquire and provide data to the various stakeholder around planning, scheduling and blockers.
      • Organize and participate in all team events, build relationships with the team and other stakeholders.
      Qualifications

      • Must have a strong desire and capacity for learning and development, as well as the humility to be open to new perspectives.
      • Kind and mature personality, able to communicate on all levels of seniority.
      • Creative and pragmatic with the willingness to be part of the solution at all times.
      • Official language is English, fluency in any additional languages is a huge plus.


      Bonus points:
      • Proficiency in MS Office apps as well as other production tools like JIRA, Hansoft and the like are appreciated.
      • Knowledge or experience in SCRUM and/or other project management methodologies.
      • Googling. Ability to leverage on existing tools to find and analyse information efficiently.
      • Possess one or both of the following superpowers: - Sense of Humor & Common Sense.
