- Coordinate meetings and training sessions.
- Support market research and sector reports.
- Assist with contract administration such as RFIs and change orders.
- Prepare sector documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Review, proofread, and edit documents.
- Document meeting minutes.
- Support vendor and subconsultant payments and approvals.
- Log invoices and assist in project reporting.
- Assist with general administrative and accounting tasks.
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed.
- Manage project information and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and logistics.
- Perform routine administrative duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- BA, BS, or AA degree.
- Experience supporting A/E/C industry projects preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management software.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
