Title: Project Coordinator Location: hybrid - Orlando Duration: 6+ month contract Compensation: $25/hourly Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US Job Summary: We are seeking top-talent to join our cross-functional project management team. In this role, you will be you will support Marketing and Project Managers in delivering successful project outcomes. This role will be focused on coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, reporting status and ensuring effective communication among team members. Essential Job Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and task lists • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of progress • Schedule and organize project status and working meetings and prepare meeting materials • Act as a point of contact for team inquiries, ensuring alignment and clear communication • Support the delegation of tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met • Prepare and distribute progress reports, highlighting risks, issues, and deviations from plans • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices • Maintain project management tools, such as Jira, ensuring up-to-date information • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including managing calendars and correspondence • Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment with project objectives Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Education: • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Knowledge and Skills: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira and Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams • Basic understanding of data flow and marketing concepts Job Experience: • Experience in project coordination or related roles preferred (1-2 years min. or very strong internship) • Familiarity with working on cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and marketing personnel • Exposure to SCRUM/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application projects is a plus How You'll Shine: • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment • Build trust and maintain effective communication with team members at all levels • Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement Our benefits package includes:
