      Zywave is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services Project Management Office team. In this role, you will both manage customer implementations with lower complexity as well as support Project Managers with higher complexity implementation projects. Additionally, you will interface with internal and external customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and assist with documentation updates and metrics reporting.

      Please note that you must be willing to work night shift to interface with US based clients.

      What You’ll Do

      • Assign tasks to appropriate team members to ensure implementations have ownership and are started on time.
      • Manage and drive low complexity customer implementations through the end-to-end implementation process.
      • Collaborate with Project Managers to assist with implementations including customer outreach and follow up, user and account setup, and serving as a primary backup to Project Managers.
      • Laisse with cross-functional teams to help coordinate improvement initiatives, document workflows and standard operating procedures, and communicate updates.
      • Oversee upkeep of internal initiatives including creating and maintaining project plans, managing service requests from other internal teams, and keeping internal stakeholders apprised of project status and execution.
      • Contribute to updating our Professional Services catalogue of services to keep other teams informed about defined service offerings.
      • Create SOW documents and assist with updating SOW templates.
      • Assist with coordinating and scheduling training sessions as needed.
      • Help implement reports and metrics to provide insights and visibility into service operations and ensure desired results are being achieved.
      • Perform other tasks as needed or assigned by management to make Zywave the best in our business.

      Factors for Success

      • College degree in business, or related discipline, plus 2+ years of relevant experience
      • You should have reliable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet defined deadlines
      • Previous experience working in SaaS highly desired
      • Advanced verbal and written communications skills
      • Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to build and cultivate relationships towards driving results
      • Self-starter, adaptable to change, and demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tool
