What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support a construction project management team in delivering projects
- Collect, manage, and prepare reports on project documentation including contracts, budgets, and schedules
- Demonstrate initiative in adopting new technologies and contributing to efficient processes
- Anticipate team needs regarding data accuracy and project-related technology
- Prepare marketing materials and conduct research for project management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or relevant administrative experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience related to construction project management or supporting commercial real estate professionals
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, invoice processing, vendor management, and calendar management
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Enthusiastic approach to implementing innovative ideas in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in construction project management within commercial real estate
- Familiarity with CMMS work order management systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated interest in construction projects from start to finish
