Job Description
· Review and validate change documentation including testing results, implementation plans, and backout strategies.
· Assess change risk using standardized tools (e.g., Change Risk Calculator) and determine appropriate approval workflows.
· Coordinate with testers, and implementers to ensure readiness for deployment.
· Provide formal approval for production changes and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
· Track implementation outcomes and ensure all documentation is attached to the Change Request (CR) in the ITSM system.
· Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews and maintain compliance with internal change control policies.
· Maintain accurate records of change activities for audit and compliance purposes.
REQUIREMENTS
· 3+ years work experience preferred
· ITIL Foundation certification.
· Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
· Familiarity with ITIL framework and change control processes.
· Strong analytical and documentation skills.
· Ability to work on tight deadlines with limited supervision
