      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide general administrative support including document preparation, file management, and scheduling meetings
      - Collaborate with internal and external parties to organize project components and ensure successful execution
      - Retrieve data from various sources to comply with financial, legal, and administrative requirements
      - Identify and report operational issues and resource needs to management
      - Present information on departmental procedures and services for staff orientation and information dissemination

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 1-3 years of relevant work experience
      - Ability to assist in planning and organizing project activities
      - Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
      - Proficient in retrieving and managing data for compliance purposes

      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 3-5 years of relevant work experience
      - Experience in project management and process improvement
