      Project Coordinator Job Description

      Position Details & Responsibilities:

      • Review material requests and prepare purchase orders and invoices
      • Obtain quotes for miscellaneous POs and provide to the Project Manager for review
      • Work with suppliers regarding scheduling and follow up on deliveries
      • Review AP holds and work with the Project Manager to clear
      • Adhere to material guidelines to eliminate purchasing risks – reconciliation of CBOM vs miscellaneous PO
      • Identify and escalate frequent miscellaneous purchasing requests to management
      • Maintain and enter purchase requisitions and vendor information into the project planning database
      • Perform project management support tasks in support of the project management team, such as coordinating material transfers and decommitting material
      • Keep all stakeholders updated with timely, accurate communication, and compile required information and records

      What we’re looking for:

      • An interest in the construction industry and the project management process of complex, multi-family builds
      • Bachelor's degree
      • Must have a high sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task while meeting strict deadlines
      • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, friendly personality
      • Extremely detail-oriented and the ability to handle a high-volume workload
      • Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, including integrity, teamwork, accountability, innovation, and growth
