      WHAT YOU WILL DO:

      As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our project management team through day-to-day operations, planning, coordination, and process execution. You’ll be responsible for maintaining consistent project documentation and ensuring all tasks stay on track, aligned to best practices and naming conventions. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of global programs and initiatives.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Support project teams through planning, coordination, and daily operations to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
      • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation for cross-functional use.
      • Review and maintain updates within project management platforms (Asana or similar), ensuring all tasks adhere to naming conventions and reporting standards.
      • Post weekly updates to project tasks and provide progress reports to stakeholders and collaborators.
      • Coordinate new project intake requests, ensuring formatting and titling compliance before routing to the appropriate team.
      • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to monitor tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and escalate risks when needed.
      • Follow established project file structures and documentation protocols.
      • Assist in procurement and purchase request triaging, ensuring correct routing and formatting.
      • Perform additional duties as required by project leadership.

      ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

      • 5+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role with hands-on involvement in multi-tasking environments.
      • Experience with Asana or equivalent project/task management platforms.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
      • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, process-oriented mindset.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently or within cross-functional teams.
      • Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.
      • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving enterprise tools and technologies.
