Project Coordinator, Store Communications
Work Mode: Hybrid
Opportunity
The Project Coordinator, Store Communications will directly contribute to the execution of Kohler standards in the Kohler Signature Store and Kohler Experience business, thus supporting the maximization of sales and operational efficiencies for the Kohler Signature Stores fleet. The role is diverse in responsibility, 50% of the role will be focused on authoring business communication and ensuring its dissemination to the fleet and cross-functional partners, with the remaining 50% being focused on tactical execution of key store support programs.
Specific Responsibilities
•Own store communication portal including set-up and ongoing content management.
•Document Standard Operating Procedures in partnership with cross functional teams and maintain/organize online SOP library.
•Support planning and execution of Store Operations projects as assigned. May include but not be limited to Store and Leadership Meetings, Store Supply Program, and Kohler Stores Teams sites.
•Development and communication of Kohler Stores resource tools including store and corporate directories, project calendars, and initiative overviews.
Skills/Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree.
•3+ years of experience supporting fleet expansion, authoring written communication for broad audiences, and project management.
•Experience of working with Microsoft Suite applications, and WordPress.
•Knowledge of Kohler Product and experience with KCIC is a plus.
•Ability to prioritize, analysis, and execute in partnership with several cross functional and external partners to meet timelines and to maintain key brand standards and execute at high levels.
•Is a self-starter that has strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to convey and outline key expectations and actions needed to a broad audience.
•Is detailed orientated and able to use several tools including reporting, pictures, visual tools, power point to share inspect and share expectations to ensure stores maintain high standards.
•Is curious and influential in the ability to share ideas and feedback to support new processes and ways to execute that improve performance around brand execution which drives sales.

The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $83,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
