What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support administrative functions related to project execution and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Daily use of company applications, including Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, CRM, and Quire
- Review project requirements and assist with staffing, scheduling, and travel arrangements for team members
- Coordinate with team members and clients to resolve meeting dates and times
- Perform clerical duties, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
