      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities
      - Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
      - Track project progress and update stakeholders on timelines and deliverables
      - Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
      - Facilitate communication between project teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or management
      - Strong organizational skills and adaptability
      - Effective communication skills, both oral and written
      - Understanding of project management practices and methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management industry certification (e.g., PMI or similar)
      - Intermediate background in project management practice
      - Demonstrable skills in leadership and discernment
