What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate multiple tasks among project teams and facilitate effective project communications
- Support project engagement activities, including the creation and maintenance of project management artifacts
- Develop and maintain processes and structures for efficient program management
- Support risk management and quality assurance efforts, including the development of standard operating procedures
- Monitor the status of deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery and ongoing reporting of status and risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with large technology platform deployment planning and implementation
- Previous experience in management consulting
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in organizing and communicating business requirements
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
