      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist technical staff with budgeting for new projects, ensuring alignment with company policies
      - Perform risk assessments and credit checks on new clients to manage financial exposure
      - Coordinate the review and execution of client master service agreements
      - Maintain project files, budgets, and other necessary information in accounting systems and SharePoint
      - Conduct collections on outstanding Accounts Receivable and support program staff with budget management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field such as billing analysis, business management, or bookkeeping
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in various communication tools
      - Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
      - Proficient in MS Excel®, MS Word®, MS PowerPoint®, MS Outlook®, and Windows® operating systems
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in tasks and projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with project-oriented organizations
      - Familiarity with creating collaborative Excel spreadsheets utilizing advanced formulas and Pivot Tables
      - Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
      - Background in handling multiple contract types, including T&M, Fixed Bid, Fee Based, and hybrid contracts
      - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel® Macros and VBA
