Job Title: Network Project Coordinator
INTAKE NOTES:
Will be supporting South Region Technology organization. Alternative Coverage Solutions team. Working on DAS and in-building deployment projects.
Onsite (Frisco, TX) preferred. Remote considered.

• At least 5 years relevant experience required. Support the DAS and in-building team by managing deployment and hard cost activities for various projects.
• You will work closely with the Alternative Coverage Solutions leads and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks related to deployment, construction, and integration of projects.

• Coordinate hard cost activities for multiple projects, manage implementation vendors, schedules, equipment orders, and purchase orders.
• Communicate with landlords, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate project delivery and resolve issues, ensure timely handoffs between stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of hard cost schedules, documents, data, and transactions in the database and project management system.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on construction and hard cost status, progress, and issues to the program leads and other relevant parties
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for construction and hard cost components of projects.
• Support the leads with other project coordination tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Previous experience with client systems such as MagentaBuilt, Scopeworker, and Ariba preferred
