As an assistant to our Solar Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the completion of high-quality projects while exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities:
- Validate expectations with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide excellent customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Successfully manage multiple projects from start to finish.
- Work independently under pressure, organizing and prioritizing workloads.
- Use good judgment to handle inquiries, questions, and complaints.
- Serve as a liaison between field technicians, management, government bodies, and customers.
- Complete projects proactively and on time.
- Review and oversee completed plans and project documentation.
- Monitor equipment production to ensure product integrity.
- Meet project deadlines consistently.
- Build trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.
- Assist in managing subcontractors across multiple states.
- Recruit and develop relationships with new subcontractors.
- Drive sales and profitability through efficient project execution.
- Understand marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work well with customers in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to remain calm and listen to upset or angry customers.
- Positive, outgoing, and energetic team player.
- Proficiency in the Apple ecosystem of software.
- Proven ability to work in all phases of project development.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership.
- Ability to collaborate closely with team members.
- Attention to detail in preparing paperwork.
- Participate in marketing activities and business development.
- Experience with solar energy.
Salary: $30,000-$40,000 per year
