      We are looking for our new Digital Transformation Project Director to join our International Operations (IO) and co-create our digitalisation strategy for Clinical, Medical, Regulatory (CMR) and independently drive execution of the CMR digital roadmap.       The position
      In this newly created position, the Project Director for IO CMR Digital Transformation will be responsible for ensuring the development and execution of the CMR Digital Roadmap, working closely with the relevant colleagues across International Operations Strategic office (IO-SO) and Development and the Digital Transformation Office to align efforts and drive progress of the IO CMR digital ambition and CMR2030 manifesto.

      Your main responsibilities will include:
      • Co-creating IO CMR digitalisation strategy to enable the needs of IO CMR business strategy & objectives, consistently seeking external insights on best practices to address IO CMR business challenges.
      • Driving a digital mindset & a learning culture by collaborating with CMR leadership to emphasise the need of adapting to future demands, facilitating access to upskilling opportunities for leaders and colleagues within IO CMR and ensuring thorough comprehension of the value of of future digital products.
      • Develop capability & resource needs for IO CMR, fostering strong collaboration between Global, Regions and Business Areas for efficient change management and communicating regional and local resource needs to leadership teams in IO CMR and Digital Transformation Development.
      • Investigate ways of working and processes on an opportunistic basis to uncover efficiency improvements.

      Qualifications
      • You have minimum five years experience in similar position in a multinational pharmaceutical or MedTech company.
      • You have a proven track record of driving digitalisation initiatives and change management at both strategic and tactical/operational level in a global setting within pharmaceutical industry.
      • Knowledge or understanding of clinical development, medical affairs and/or regulatory affairs will be a strong advantage.
      • Experience working in an international, matrix environment enabling you to effectively interact with and influence colleagues across functions.

      This position is based out of Zurich and you will join the Clinical, Medical and Regulatory (CMR) team within our International Operations Strategic Office.
      In Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs our focus is to improve patient lives. By doing so we contribute to the short-mid term business goals and establish future growth drivers for Novo Nordisk. We ensure that our Clinical programs in IO are executed effectively and efficiently in 55 countries, drive medical strategies and tactics for in-line brands and New Therapy Area development, strengthen the regulatory and PV function for faster time to market with the best label, and steer functional projects to maximize the impact of CMR.
