      We are seeking a Project Director to oversee multiple projects, coordinate strategies, and enhance the quality of project deliverables. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable project delivery lead, a positive team player, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

      The candidate must possess:

      • Strong organizational skills
      • High self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
      • Experience from concept to construction administration
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Proven ability to meet project goals and schedules
      • Active engagement in the design process and project completion
      • Experience managing sub-consultant contracts and scope of work, and drafting proposals
      • Mentoring skills to develop project teams, sharing technical knowledge and strategies
      • Capability to perform as a Project Designer on smaller projects if needed

      Requirements:

      • 8-10+ years of professional experience
      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
      • Proficiency with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
      • Licensed Architect preferred
