      Position: Thermal Project Engineer

      Summary: Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, managing a cross-functional team and cross-sites of professionals in the management of defined projects from start to completion about product choose die cutting release products and process desgin , Ensure achievement of project objectives

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      · Define, plan and manage project milestone activities.

      · Manage and direct a project teams consisting of multiple engineering disciplines.

      · Manage and coordinate activities between departments to meet product development or project requirements.

      · Leading and particpate internal and corss-sites new die cutting projects product and process desgin;

      · Manage cost targets as set by Senior Management staff.

      · Simultaneously set priorities/direction for assigned projects or programs.

      · Act as the technical customer interface and leader of set forth projects

      · Generate/facilitate documentation per engineering procedures and Laird requirements

      · Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards

      · Support with (f.e. cost savings, warranty analysis, customer complaints) & assures synergies between the plant converting sites and customer.

      REQUIREMENTS

      · Excellent time management skills.

      · Exhibit understanding of the cross-functional relationships between inter-company groups and the expertise required to take a product through development and on to production.

      · Good communication skills, both oral and written in english.

      · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learning new knowledges.

      · Attention to detail. Be good at summarizing and analyzing

      · Experience in cutting projects and familiar with CAD and different cutting used liners

      · Have thernal or die cutting engineer work experience is preferred

      EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

      · Degree in a technical discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science.

      · 5-8 years of experiencethermal conduction industry priority

      · Demonstrated ability to solve problems of a technical nature.

      · Experience using statistical techniques .

      · Required fluent English communication skills.
