      As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Project Engineer - Electrical to join our New Energy O&M team.

      ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFER
      You are responsible for ensuring the project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet contractual arrangements made with the client. You will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of the projects.

      Your duties and responsibilities will include:

      • Oversee day-to-day O&M activities including monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
      • Manage project closeout activities, including the development and implementation of closeout checklists and procedures to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
      • Coordinate with project teams to address and rectify any defects or issues identified during the closeout process, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
      • Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and assist in troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.

      Your skills and experience:

      • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
      • Proven experience within the Renewables or Utilities EPC projects.
      • Familiarity with defect management processes and ability to effectively coordinate defect resolution activities.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
      • Willingness to travel to project sites across Australia as required.
