- Managing project timelines and budgets for assigned projects
- Leading a cross functional team to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Interacting with multiple discipline teams including 3M plant personnel, consultants, and suppliers
- Estimating capital equipment and installation costs
- Protecting 3M intellectual property
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management (internships are considered) in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five (5) year of combined experience in Capital equipment and/or Facilities project management in a private, public, government or military environment
- Prior experience with webline, extrusion, material handling, or inspection equipment
- Team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment
- Proficient user of typical business, office, and technical software for tasks such as spreadsheet computation, project presentation, scheduling, managing budgets
