  This position requires a high level of creativity, organization and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with fresh ideas, committed to staying on the leading edge of design, plant introductions, and new technology.u00A0

  Youu2019d be responsible for:

  • Managing the production of our high quality serviceu00A0
  • Reviewing take-offs with estimating teamu00A0
  • Managing document control including change orders, billings, field production tracking, purchasing documentation and contract administrationu00A0
  • Preparing reports and information as requestedu00A0
  • Coordinating between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basisu00A0
  • Working closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and employees; ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times

  u00A0You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction industry including heavy highway, civil engineering firm, concrete or structural engineering

  And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

  • Strong work ethicu00A0
  • Effective oral and written communication skillsu00A0
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environmentu00A0
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
