- Managing the production of our high quality serviceu00A0
- Reviewing take-offs with estimating teamu00A0
- Managing document control including change orders, billings, field production tracking, purchasing documentation and contract administrationu00A0
- Preparing reports and information as requestedu00A0
- Coordinating between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basisu00A0
- Working closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and employees; ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times
- Bacheloru2019s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction industry including heavy highway, civil engineering firm, concrete or structural engineering
- Strong work ethicu00A0
- Effective oral and written communication skillsu00A0
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environmentu00A0
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
