Job Description

Assist in managing and executing multiple capital projects across the facility
Develop project scopes, timelines, cost estimates, and technical documentation
Ensure alignment with USDA, SQF, and PSM/RMP regulatory requirements
Serve as a liaison between engineering, operations, contractors, and vendors
Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics
Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and enhance efficiency
Create and maintain detailed documentation and present updates to senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
3+ years of engineering or project management experience in a manufacturing or food production setting
Strong technical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and cross-functional project teams
Knowledge of food industry regulatory requirements (SQF, USDA, OSHA, etc.)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
