Minimum RequirementsInternational Motors, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer in Lisle, IL with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science and 5 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experience OR PhD in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science. Required Skills: Design exhaust and aftertreatment assemblies using Design tools , GD&T, DFMEA process; Collaborate with cross functional internal teams and external suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes; Troubleshoot and resolve design, manufacturing, procurement, and vehicle build issues during development as issues identified after production; Apply project management methodologies, including SCRUM for agile practices and lean manufacturing principles, to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery and improved efficiency. 10% international and 10% domestic travel required; Must live within normal commuting distance of Lisle, IL.
