      We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the design and planning of special projects, overseeing technical, architectural, and facilities engineering from conceptual design through construction. This role involves coordinating with Creative, Show, and Ride teams.

      Responsibilities include:

      1. Facilitating technical coordination of design documents, models, specs, and basis of design among disciplines and divisions.
      2. Building and maintaining an Issues Resolution Log to track design issues and resolutions.
      3. Organizing and leading design reviews and ICE sessions.
      4. Handling directives, submittals, and change justifications.
      5. Ensuring quality control of design documentation and construction.
      6. Coordinating document release processes.
      7. Managing project plans and schedules.
      8. Supervising project teams to maintain workflow.
      9. Tracking facility punch lists.
      10. Providing technical feedback for project decisions and change orders.
      11. Resolving questions related to construction documents and field conditions.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
      • Effective communication with project teams, including field leads and department reps.
      • Experience with design discipline coordination.
      • Strong understanding of BIM, Revit, and CADD.
      • Knowledge of industry practices, construction methods, codes, and contract documentation.
      • Experience with large, multi-disciplinary projects is preferred.

      Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
      • Advanced degree and professional license are preferred.

      This position is based in Glendale, California.
