- Facilitating technical coordination of design documents, models, specs, and basis of design among disciplines and divisions.
- Building and maintaining an Issues Resolution Log to track design issues and resolutions.
- Organizing and leading design reviews and ICE sessions.
- Handling directives, submittals, and change justifications.
- Ensuring quality control of design documentation and construction.
- Coordinating document release processes.
- Managing project plans and schedules.
- Supervising project teams to maintain workflow.
- Tracking facility punch lists.
- Providing technical feedback for project decisions and change orders.
- Resolving questions related to construction documents and field conditions.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
- Effective communication with project teams, including field leads and department reps.
- Experience with design discipline coordination.
- Strong understanding of BIM, Revit, and CADD.
- Knowledge of industry practices, construction methods, codes, and contract documentation.
- Experience with large, multi-disciplinary projects is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
- Advanced degree and professional license are preferred.
