- Coordinating with architects, engineers, trade partners, and clients
- Walking active job sites, identifying and solving issues before they become problems
- Managing key documentation like RFIs, submittals, and project logs
- Supporting schedules, logistics, and financial tracking
- Promoting safety and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Have 0–3 years of experience in construction or engineering roles
- Know your way around Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
- Have experience (or a strong interest) in commercial, industrial, or tenant improvement projects
- Are pursuing—or have completed—a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (but it's not a deal-breaker if you don't)

What You'll Do
As a Project Engineer at Dome, you'll be the bridge between the field and the office, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with seasoned Project Managers and Superintendents to bring complex commercial and industrial construction projects to life.

You're detail-oriented, organized, and hungry to learn. You're just as comfortable analyzing blueprints in the office as you are walking job sites with a hard hat on. You love solving problems, staying ahead of schedules, and working with a team to make big things happen.

$85,000—$95,000 USD
Additional Information
