The Project Executive provides leadership, management and direction to ensure the successful outcomes for a large and complex civil construction project or for multiple smaller projects. He/she will be responsible for building win/win relationships with the owner, joint venture partners, public agencies and internal partners. He/she will also be responsible for generating positive revenue, negotiating, estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of operations staff.
