- Carries out client invoicing for various clients in line with varying and tight deadlines.
- Updating contracts in our Oracle system, ensuring accuracy to commercial terms.
- Provides status updates on projects.
- Assisting with project reconciliations by working with the client services teams
- Assisting with Aged Debtor and Accrued income reconciliation
- Ensuring all time movements in the Oracle are carried out for reconciliations in a timely manner.
- Assists in managing client and other invoicing trackers.
- Provides training to the business on financial compliance and procedures.
- Provides training to the business on the Oracle system.
- Provides the working capital team with ad hoc assistance.
- Ensures that confidentiality and compliance with internal firewalls are always maintained.
- Works in assigned business pillar with the working capital team

Job title: Project Finance Accountant - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Position summary
The Project Finance Accountant (PFA) works with the working capital team to ensure that the company is achieving project profitability and billability through the provision of timely financial information, and the financial management of client projects. The PFA is responsible for managing project financials on a day-to-day basis and assisting the working capital team with accurate project financial reconciliation.
