Assist in the coordination of all contract activities from the project award stage to completion of the elevator and escalator installation and beyond
Provide a progress review of projects to ensure that contract documents are consistent with the required scope of the project
Communicate directly with contractors, owners, architects and designers concerning project design, preparations, and scheduling of installation for the equipment
Work closely with the sales staff and construction/modernization superintendents to insure a successful project from both the financial and customer perspectives
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of new equipment/modernization projects
Bachelor’s Degree required or currently pursuing degree which must be awarded prior to start date
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
