      The Role

      In your role as Project Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Project Managers to drive the overall success of business development activities and engineering projects. Your attention to detail will be essential in accurately and timely tracking financial elements and project status for key stakeholders, including Plexus customers.

      As a valued member of the Project Management team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of proposals. This will involve coordinating all proposal inputs, managing quote kick-off tasks, and participating in proposal reviews. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Site Management team to develop and monitor metrics that reflect the site's performance.

      Your contributions will be instrumental in improving the Project Management process. You will identify opportunities to standardize work and implement best practices to ensure efficient processes. Furthermore, you will provide support to the Purchasing and Business Office functions in resolving action items and conflicts.

      Education/Experience Qualifications:

      The ideal candidate will possess at least a two-year technical or business degree. It is preferable to have a 5 years industry experience in a related function, or a minimum of higher national or above in business, finance, or related function.

      We may also consider those who have an equivalent combination of education and experience that enables the successful execution of the job responsibilities.
