Support district compliance as it relates to accreditation
Ensure the district meets compliance deadlines and report any issues or concerns
Assist the Chief of Staff with special projects and information gathering.
Participate in annual department reviews
Maintain project management documentation and records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Support district initiatives and programs.
Train team members on project management tools and methodologies, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
Maintain relationships with key district partners.

Highly proficient in Google Workspace
Experience with project management tools and best practices
Experience collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Master's degree in an applicable field.
Minimum 5 years experience in project management
Strong working knowledge of K-12 district functions.
Project Management Professional (PMP)® or other project management certification highly preferred
Change management certification or demonstrated experience in change management highly preferred
Experience working in K-12 school district highly preferred

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Administrative Salary Scale (A5)TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: The Board of Education, upon recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, shall appoint the Project Manager Director. The annual period of service for the Project Management Director shall be 225 days.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The project manager director is a vital role responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of critical district-wide initiatives and multiple cross-functional projects. This position manages various projects, which includes developing and overseeing project plans, leading diverse teams, coordinating activities, and communicating project status. This role will also work with key stakeholders across multiple internal and external groups to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with regulations. Key skills include organization, communication, critical thinking, and multi-task management.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision and distance vision. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
SALARY RANGE: $91,557 to $128,529
