      Job Description

      Looking for an intern with desire to join our team and acquire hand-on experience in the construction industry at many levels. Job responsibilities include:
      Participate in job walks with client an subcontractors
      Document discussion during the job walk and produce meeting minutes
      Assist the Project Leader in scoping the work including participation in engineering design reviews
      Provide project/construction management administrative tasks including collecting, reviewing, and submitting material submittals, updating construction schedules, assist with pricing and material take off and other activities as needed

      Requirements

      Must be working on bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a must (MS Words, Excel, Access and Project)
      Excellent interpersonal skills
      Ability to work 10 to 20 hrs per week while school is in session and up to 40 hrs per week during school breaks
