      Position Overview:

      The Digital Experience department within the Single Family Acquisition division is seeking a Project Management, Manager to support the Underwriting Portfolio in Digital Product Delivery. The Project Management, Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all portfolio related engagements for the department. The role will report to the Agile Development, Senior Director and support all portfolio reporting, budget management and key initiatives for the portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure priorities are effectively tracked and reported within the division and organization.

      Your Impact:


      • Work closely with department leads to track business and IT initiatives
      • Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data matrix requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including trends, business acumen and IT technologies
      • Manage and track dashboards, roadmaps, budgets and other reports to effectively bring visibility and transparency across departments
      • Strong writing skills to be able to transpose a large amount of information into a concise and digestible format for executive management
      • Work collaboratively with leads within Single-Family Digital Product Delivery to facilitate alignment
      • Guide and perform strategic analysis to identify and understand detailed root causes
      • Create and enhance presentations for our leadership team
      • Support status meetings, and provide input for updates to management on a regular basis

      Qualifications:


      • 7+ years of related Program/Project Management experience
      • College degree required in a relevant field (ex. Finance, IT, business, Information Systems)
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Experience running projects
      • Creative background in design and UX preferred
      • Content strategy experience is preferred
      • Mortgage industry experience
      • Experience with supporting senior leadership
      • Ability to work with and collaborate across programs and where silos exist
      • A problem-solving mentality
      • Experience with large-scale transformative/modernization technology efforts
      • Technology background desired
      • Advanced Excel skills
      • Advance PowerPoint Skills
      • Agile, Jira, SDLC, experience preferred

      Keys to Success in this Role:

      Portfolio Management:

      Oversee AURA Portfolio Underwriting, focusing on business aspects while coordinating with IT for program execution.

      Manage updates and streamline communication to executive leadership regarding the four programs under AURA.

      Data Management:

      Conduct regular data collection to ensure timely and accurate reporting on program performance.

      Execute weekly, biweekly, and monthly data reviews to track progress and identify trends.

      Budget and Contract Management:

      Monitor budget adherence across various initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial targets.

      Oversee all Statements of Work (SOW) for both IT and non-IT projects, ensuring compliance and effective resource allocation.

      Critical Initiatives:

      Manage Tier 1 initiatives, preparing comprehensive business cases for presentation to executive stakeholders.

      Summarize and fine-tune reports related to credit risk, ensuring clarity and relevance for decision-making.

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $184,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
