- Develop communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide updates on project progress and seek guidance when needed.
- Documentation:
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and records.
- Learn to create reports and updates for project stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights.
- Quality Control:
- Work under supervision to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Learn to conduct reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

- Provide support in resource management tasks, including allocation and coordination.

- Change Management Support:
- Assist in integrating Change Management initiatives into project plans and execution processes.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering).

- Analytical Skills:
- Basic analytical mindset to identify and address problems.

Bosch’s Rotational Development Program is a 24-month, entry-level rotational program. Our Rotational Development Program is designed for Bachelor's and Master's level candidates. Our program puts you on the fast track for professional and leadership opportunities throughout the Home Comfort NA Team. The Rotational Development Program is composed of four rotational customized for you. The program is designed to allow for the experience of varied work teams and environments. You will be partnered with an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance as well as a peer mentor to help guide you through the program. You will also gain leadership exposure through structured networking events and targeted training. At the completion of the 24-month rotational program, this position will be located in Watertown, MA & Londonderry, NH.
The Project Management Trainee will receive hands-on experience in project management processes and practices. While gaining this experience the trainee will support Bosch Home Comfort with multiple projects focused on Service, Support, Product Documentation, and Marketing.
