- Ensuring project schedule implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning templates.
- Updating and monitoring progress, producing accurate projections using the right scheduling tool.
- Ensuring other functions have access to current reports and projections which reports are available for the internal and external customer.
- Working with Project Management organization colleagues to review periodically the schedule and ensure that data is updated frequently, reflecting most updated status.
- Discussing potential concurrent tasks / activities that may impact deliverables and motivate Project Managers to discuss with key personnel, possible mitigation plans, where appropriate.
- Supporting development of design or redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs.
- Elaborating of process improvement or value stream maps are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
- Influencing peers to meet the objectives and use the schedule information to plan resources and deliverables accordingly.
- Working with one or multiple project schedules, since that the person will support a team or Project Managers and PMO organization, which may have more than one project in parallel.
- Using Integrated Systems for consolidation of data from different sources.
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management in lieu of degree).
- Have demonstrated experience with Oracle Primavera (P6), Microsoft Project, or Aha to develop project schedules.
- Have experience with ERP systems, such as SAP and / or Oracle.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
