  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide project management technical expertise in all phases of project execution
  - Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion
  - Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and identify necessary resources
  - Anticipate and resolve conflicts to achieve win-win outcomes
  - Prepare presentation materials, reports, and dashboards for senior management
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
  - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  - Advanced expertise in Smartsheet
  - Strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  - High ability to learn new applications, technology, and grasp new concepts
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Agile project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFE
  - Proficiency with related software tools including Jira, Miro, Visio, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Office 365
  - Background in engineering or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  - Demonstrated capability to influence without authority
  - Experience in managing third-party vendors and assessing statements of work
