Mercedes-Benz Vans is a successful manufacturer of premium light commercial vehicles (LCV) for customers and markets worldwide. Our purpose is “to move transportation to the next level” and to define the LCV business of the future: with CO2-neutrality and focused on connectivity and digital solutions. We have decided to expand our LCV production capacity and implement an entirely new plant next to our existing Mercedes-Benz production facility in Jawor. We are now looking for highly-motivated employees, who would like to shape the future of mobility together with us!
Your tasks:
· Closely cooperate with Engineering Department management E3 and E4 level
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and schedules, organize workshops and management presentations
· Develop and maintain project milestones and timelines, coordinate with team Members to ensure on track progress
· Monitor resource allocation and ensure the availability of necessary personnel and materials
· Tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring they stay within the limits
· Ensure effective communication internally and externally, prepare status reports and updates, participate in the P/J meetings
· Identify potential risks for Project KPIs achievement, report and support in measures development
· Cooperate in development of standards and procedures for the department
· Support in problem solving, propose corrective actions and assist in implementing
· Education: a degree in business administration, management, engineering or a related field is required
· Fluent English language command is a must. German and/or Polish language is an advantage.
· Experience in project coordination, administration is valuable as well as familiarity with PM tools (eg.MS Project, C-Place)
· Proficiency in office software and Mercedes-Benz platforms
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Attention to the details and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Team orientation with ability to work with different stakeholders, proactive approach to problem solving
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
