The Project Manager 2 manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.

The Project Manager oversees all project phases to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.

Responsibilities include:

-Design and implement operational plans

- Monitor progress and resolve issues

- Acquiring resources

- Prepare schedules

- Coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones

- Communicate project status to stakeholders.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of project management experience in healthcare settings

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in preparing project presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile

• Experience in the managed care industry

• PMP and/or Six Sigma Certification

• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the medical industry

• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$63,400 - $87,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
