- Assist us in the development of project scope, scheduling, budget, and identification of (internal/external) resources.
- Collaborate with sponsors, team members, and functional leaders to prioritize tasks and assign duties to ensure all objectives are met.
- Prepare project related correspondence such as project plans, schedules, communication plans, risk assessment and management, resource schedules, reports, charts, presentations utilizing project and office tools.
- Manage communication with project partners and will ensure all individuals have the information needed to complete project(s).
- Facilitate project team meetings, prepare status reports and documents while keeping leadership informed of project status and issues that may affect project completion, budget, or other results.
- Assist to resolve any conflicts that may occur throughout the life of the project(s).
- Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
- Five years of project management experience in IT or Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, business, or a related field.
- PMP Certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO certifications welcome but not required)
- Experience using, MS Project, MS Suite, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Visio, Power BI, and Confluence.

The opportunity
As a Project Manager you will be an integral member of the Southern New Hampshire University's Operations team and will report to the Director of Project Management. You will oversee the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, and closing for a variety of projects focused on operational improvements. Projects may involve one or more departments and you will use your expertise to plan and complete projects within established timelines and budget. This position is remote friendly "#LI-Remote".

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $66,669.00 - $106,690.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $73,669.00 - $99,669.00.Exceptional benefits (because you’re exceptional)
