What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer emails and assist with using self-service reporting tools
- Conduct end-user training sessions for analytics tools in collaboration with Education Services
- Project manage large integrated projects, ensuring timely and appropriate communication with stakeholders
- Serve as a change manager for system changes and new tool implementations in collaboration with Corporate Communications
- Develop integrated project plans and facilitate business plan development for decision making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Nursing, or a closely related field
- Minimum of five years of related experience managing complex projects and project teams
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery, project management principles, basic budgeting, and healthcare legislation
- Experience leading interdisciplinary projects that involve various healthcare providers and leaders
- Familiarity with Epic software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on project management
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) would be advantageous
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
