  About the job

  We seek a dynamic and organized Project Manager to execute small to mid-size projects within our Aftersales and New build projects (Capital Sales). You will be responsible for managing approximately 30 projects concurrently, each at different stages. Some of your main tasks include:

  • Drive strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensuring projects are delivered according to planning, delivery time, budget, and timely invoicing.

  • Follow up and problem-solve on project changes to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Ensuring an appropriate project flow is compliant with processes and procedures.

  • Building relationships with our customers, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction.

  About you

  As a person, you quickly adapt to new and changing circumstances and aptly assess the potential consequences of different actions related to any situation or task. The ideal candidate maintains a positive attitude in the face of setbacks and obstacles, demonstrates strong organizational skills and agility, and fosters a positive and open mindset. Being open to changes, having good communication skills, maintaining structure in your daily work, and being solutions-oriented are essential qualities for this role.

  Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industry, bringing technical knowledge.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Practical experience onboard vessels or in shipyards.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

  As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
