      Project Manager – AC Power Systems
      Wauwatosa, WI – 3 days onsite/2 days remote per week
      Position Summary:
      The Project Manager – AC Power Systems is responsible for the successful execution of medium-sized projects involving Large AC Motors and Generators. This role ensures adherence to company policies, contractual agreements, quality, health, safety, environmental standards, financial targets, and schedule commitments. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, problem-solver, and have a demonstrated ability to manage contracts, coordinate with vendors, and maintain strong customer relationships.
      Responsibilities:
      • Lead project teams, define project objectives, allocate tasks, and motivate internal/external resources.
      • Develop project plans, including scope, financial plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
      • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, control costs, manage invoicing, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
      • Manage contracts, claims, and the procurement of services, materials, and equipment from various suppliers.
      • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
      Requirements:
      • 5 years of relevant project management experience.
      • Working knowledge of SAP modules for procurement, order management, and financial controlling to streamline processes.
      • Proficient in project budgeting, cost tracking, change order management, and financial reporting to maintain project profitability.
      • Experience in contract management and vendor coordination.
