Job Description
- Req#: 29077
- Single point of contact for associated project/program work scopes: Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs, Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM) programs, recertification, upgrades, reactivations, capital equipment exchanges, OEM repairs, and other internal projects.
- Responsible for project initiation and planning, including scope identification, the creation and maintenance of the Project Execution Plans (PEP), and project registers.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors, through engagement and face-to-face interaction.
- Work together with internal stakeholders, driving transparency and collaboration.
- Monitor program KPIs and health, initiating action when required to proactively address concerns.
- Own financial health – plan, monitor, and drive commercial success.
- Maintain awareness of critical path activities; build contingency plans and implement mitigating recovery strategies.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Technology.
- 3-5 years of related work experience preferred
- Experience with analytics, business intelligence, and project management tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts clearly
- Able to work independently with the ability to multitask on multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and highly motivated
- Knowledge of basic drilling and pressure control equipment functionality is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
