      Description

      Overview: The Project Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for driving Agile project execution across payment-focused development teams. This role combines delivery management with Agile coaching to ensure timely delivery of features, cross-functional team alignment, and process efficiency.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams focused on payments and merchant onboarding.
      • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
      • Act as a servant leader and coach to the team, promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
      • Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, and engineering leads to remove roadblocks and maintain a steady delivery pace.
      • Track and report on sprint velocity, team KPIs, and release status to stakeholders.
      • Coordinate dependencies and timelines across internal teams and third-party vendors.

      Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master role in a technology or fintech environment.
      • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
      • Experience managing projects in the payments or merchant services space preferred.
      • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
      • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus.
