- Req#: 142781
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams focused on payments and merchant onboarding.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Act as a servant leader and coach to the team, promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, and engineering leads to remove roadblocks and maintain a steady delivery pace.
- Track and report on sprint velocity, team KPIs, and release status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate dependencies and timelines across internal teams and third-party vendors.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master role in a technology or fintech environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Experience managing projects in the payments or merchant services space preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus.
