- Serve as liaison between all functional teams (Operations, Business Management, Front and Middle Office, Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and other control functions), the service provider, other 3rd Parties vendors, and the internal program team
- Work closely with all workstreams to design, track, and execute all aspects of testing, including defect management
- Execute, design, and manage the migration Command Centre and implementation playbook
- Partner closely with global & location/region managers to establish consistency and best practices and provide thought leadership
- Support / Drive Testing strategy to ensure successful readiness of the system and processes supporting the future strategic operating model
- 8+ years of relevant project management experience
- Proved ability and experience in implementing large strategic initiatives with significant technology and operational components
- Proven experience of managing large scale testing efforts across multiple platforms and strong experience with JIRA governance and Confluence tools
- Strong sense of prioritization & ability to execute against deliverables, ability to take personal accountability for projects & issue resolution
- Analytic problem solver with excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology & other key stakeholders and work effectively in a matrix organization
- Be able to lead, motivate and get the very best out of a high performing team of operations professionals
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be executed from an operations perspective
- Excellent understanding of the investment process and associated market practices with the ability to think strategically about how to create business led solutions
- Preferably experience in Investment Accounting / Middle Office
- Product knowledge of Investment management product offerings e.g., Equities, Unit Dealing, Mutual Funds, etc.
- Computer skills including MS Office, Tableau and Sequel
- Expectation is to be able to engage with people work well with others and have a high performance personality

As a Project Manager- Asset Management Implementation, in Project RIO Operations, you will work within this role towards the importance of implementing a strategic global operating model for core elements of Investment Operations. We need a successful leader with a proactive, hands-on management approach and strong operational skills and you can use your ability to achieve economies of scale and reduction in expense ratio as business grows and refine your skills in reducing effort required to add new product capabilities, and to improve timeliness and quality of global data. You will oversee testing, migrations with accountability to define/evolve the testing strategy, migration strategy, ensure successful readiness of the system and processes supporting the future strategic operating model, and execute the implementation roadmap
