What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project implementation and act as the owner’s representative for small and medium-sized projects
- Oversee tenant improvement projects, space planning, and design
- Provide technical support for project budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management
- Maintain client relationships and resolve conflicts as needed
- Develop and evaluate performance of consultants, contractors, and vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial projects
- Experience working with landlords, developers, and institutional owners
- Proven ability to manage small and medium corporate interiors projects
- Strong skills in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to Chattanooga, TN, and surrounding metro areas (20-30% travel required)
