      We are currently accepting applications for a southeast regional Project Management role to join our Atlanta team. Our Atlanta office serves our southeast markets which include GA, TN, KY, NC, SC, FL, AL and MS.

      Essential Functions

      • Manage a variety of new construction, repair and reconstruction project(s) through the entire project life-cycle
      • Leverage knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery, and contracts
      • Estimate, manage costs, and meet project deadlines
      • Develop and manage the budget and resource allocations for multiple projects
      • Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP packages
      • Manage all submittal approvals, RFI's, RFP's, SWA's, EWO's, PCO's, Material Procurement
      • Coordinate professionals of varying disciplines
      • Communicate updates, changes, and concerns in a clear and organized manner, written or verbal
      • Identify and resolve issues
      • Travel to job sites as needed, up to 50%

      Qualifications, Skills and Experience

      • 10+ years of Construction Management or Construction related Project Management, of which 5+ years in multi-family projects as a Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager or Director of Construction
      • Preferential markets with one or more regional relationships should include Equity/Institutional Multi-Family/Commercial, Asset Management, Property Management CAPX , R edevelopment, H istorical R enovation s , LIHTC, DOD , Public Works
      • Required skills include: Strong communications skills, strong construction experience, senior level experience in Microsoft Suite of software tools, ability to learn new software programs related to our services
      • Experience with MS Excel and MS Project (including VLookups , Pivot Tables, etc ) a must
      • Position requires Bachelor’s degree in Project or Construction Management , Building Science , Engineering, or a related field and experience
      • Membership is preferable in one or more of the following or similar organizations CMAA, PMI, AGC, ABC, AIC, DBIA, NIBS, ASA, NHBA, BOMA
      • Relevant experience with degrees mentioned above, ten years of experience with a related degree may be considered Preferred experience with wood-framed/concrete construction and enclosure deficiencies
      • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
      • Must have strong skills in project management, including time management, client communication and management and safety Experience in estimating, scheduling, cost management and project takeoffs are a requirement
      • K nowledge of construction methods, site development, and jurisdictional permitting processes
      • Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures, all project delivery methods and contracting vehicles
      • Ability to coordinate a team of professionals of varying disciplines to achieve top level results
      • Comfortable with financial details and able to connect them to the overall project requirements
      • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and presentation of options
      • Successful track history working with Real Estate Managers, Property Portfolio Managers, Property Managers, Contractors and Subcontractors
      • Must have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision-making abilities
      • Proficient technical skills with one or more of the following programs MSP, Bluebeam/CAD, BIM, Trimble, Quire , Buildertrend , Procore , Buildxact , Stack , ProEst , CostaX , CostOS or similar
      • Preferred credentials include: PMP or CCM Certification or MRICS certification (project management), ICC Inspector, LEEDS, OSHA 30 Hour
      • Strong organizational and presentation skills
      • Willingness to travel to projects and work on-site as needed, estimated between 15%-50%
      • Bilingual a plus


      Physical Requirements

      Candidates should have the ability to:

      Move through construction and existing building sites over rough terrain

      See and respond to dangerous situations

      Respond quickly to sounds

      Ascend and descend ladders and stairs

      Move safely through confined spaces and narrow paths

      Work in outdoor weather conditions or unconditioned areas

      Operate a computer and other related office equipment, and possess visual acuity to read information from printed sources and computer screens

      Lift up to 40 pounds (ladders)

      Travel approximately 50% of the time both in and out of state
