What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects through all phases of the development lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, release, and closing
- Coordinate internal and external development and test resources and ensure project alignment and integration
- Own project priorities and delivery expectations while identifying and mitigating risks
- Develop business and marketing strategies to optimize product performance
- Utilize project management techniques and tools to ensure deliverables are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or project leadership role
- Experience with financial aspects of project management, including revenue recognition and project accounting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Experience in the Pulp & Paper or Metals industries
- Advanced training or certifications in PMI/PMP
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-stress environment with competing priorities
