      Details

      • Department: Grants
      • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM. No on-call, no holidays, occasional weekend coverage for community events.
      • Hospital: Ascension, St. Agnes
      • Location: Baltimore, MD
      • Salary: $79,705.60 - $119,558.40 annually

      Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicable licenses, certifications, education, experience, location, qualifications and comparison with associates in similar roles.

      Healthcare experience preferred

      Experience managing programs that include heathcare setting

      Note: This is a fully onsite position located in Baltimore, MD.

      Responsibilities

      Manages assigned project(s) to completion.

      • Develops project goals, objectives and schedule to align with defined business strategy.
      • Defines and ensures resources are assigned to meet project goals.
      • Develops, tracks and documents all aspects of the project.
      • Defines project budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change.
      • Communicates and documents project quality and progress metrics.
      • Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure project remains on track.

      Requirements

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
        degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative
        job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

      • Demonstrated skills in program management, leadership, supervision, advocacy, communication, education, counseling and collaborative work.
      • Skill in prioritizing the demands of daily operations and organizing resources.
      • Motivational Interviewing.
      • Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills.
      • Ability to effectively utilize and leverage technology systems.
      • Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power-Point; knowledge of or the ability to learn EMR software and other software in order to perform job duties.
      • Demonstrate critical thinking skills when utilizing processes, based on research, evidence-based outcomes and standards of practice to meet patient’s health care needs.
