- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation in collaboration with leadership.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and dashboards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and operational efficiency.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and workflow.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Gantt charts, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or operations management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) is a plus.

Join our vibrant design team of 11 professionals working in a beautifully renovated Class A office space located in Canton. Enjoy the flexibility of work hours, typically ranging from 40 to 45 hours per week, with plenty of autonomy. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
